JobQuote

Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information the JobQuote pre-launch page collects, why, and how you can contact us about it. JobQuote is not a released product yet: this page exists to gauge interest and to let people ask to be contacted at launch.

Responsible person: Mirko Moi, based in Italy (an individual, operating JobQuote as a pre-launch project).

Contact: Mirko.moi.30@gmail.com

Date of this version: September 19, 2026

What we collect when you join the waitlist

When you submit the early-access form, the following is stored in our database:

  • First name (as you type it)
  • Email address
  • Business type (the trade you select from the list)
  • The date and time the entry was created and last updated
  • A short technical label recording that the entry came from this landing page

No account, password or payment details are collected. The form is the only place on this page where you are asked for personal information.

Why we use it

  • To contact you about JobQuote early access and the first release, which is what you are asking for when you submit the form.
  • To answer questions or requests you send us by email.

We do not use the waitlist for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it. Submitting the form is voluntary.

The calculator on this page

The Job Profit Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The job name and amounts you type are not sent to our database and are not saved: they disappear when you reload or leave the page.

The confirmation email

When your waitlist entry is saved for the first time, we send one confirmation email to the address you gave, from noreply@notify.tryjobquote.com, with replies going to Mirko.moi.30@gmail.com. It confirms your place on the list and contains no payment request. The email is sent through Lovable's built-in email service, which processes your email address and delivery information (for example whether the message was delivered, bounced, or whether you unsubscribed) in order to send it and to respect unsubscribe and suppression requests.

We do not send this email again for an address that is already on the list, and we do not send marketing campaigns. You can ask us to remove you at any time using the contact address above. If the email cannot be delivered, your waitlist entry still stands.

Optional advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

Separately from the waitlist, we ask for your consent to use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure how our advertising performs — for example whether a visit or a signup followed an ad. This is optional and is not required to join the waitlist. If you reject it, the page, the calculator and the form work exactly the same.

Nothing from Meta is loaded before you accept. If you accept, Meta's measurement script is loaded on the public site and Meta may receive information about your browser and device and set or read its own cookies and identifiers (for example the _fbp and _fbc cookies), together with the page address, referrer and the fact that specific actions occurred — such as a page view, a click on an early-access button, the form being started, and a completed signup. We cannot claim that Meta receives no personal data: such browser, device and cookie identifiers can identify you.

We do not intentionally send the contents of the form (your name, email or business type) or any calculator amounts to Meta. In our Meta settings, automatic collection of detailed page and product metadata is switched off.

Your consent choice and how to withdraw it

Your choice to accept or reject advertising measurement is stored in your browser's local storage under a JobQuote-specific key. This is a strictly functional preference, kept separate from Meta's own cookies, and it exists so we do not ask you again on every visit.

You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by writing to Mirko.moi.30@gmail.com. When you reject, we stop the pixel, delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies we can reach from this site and reload the page so no Meta script keeps running. We cannot delete cookies set by Meta on other domains, or data Meta already holds — for that you would need to use your Meta account settings and your browser's cookie controls. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Clearing your browser storage also clears your stored choice, so you will be asked again.

Who else is involved

  • Lovable, which hosts this website and provides the database where waitlist entries are stored. The waitlist database is located in Europe (Ireland) as part of Lovable Cloud.
  • Meta, for the optional advertising measurement described above, and only after you accept it.

The waitlist database being in Ireland does not establish that every hosting, logging, analytics or third-party processing connected to this page happens in the European Union. We are only confirming the database location we have verified.

Built-in traffic analytics

Lovable also provides built-in project analytics that runs automatically on the published site. It reports visits, page views, visit duration, referrer/source, device category and country based on the browser's timezone, and overall traffic patterns. It is used to understand overall traffic, not to profile individual people across visits. This is separate from the optional Meta pixel, which only runs after you consent to marketing measurement.

More detail is available in Lovable's analytics documentation and Lovable's privacy information.

How long we keep waitlist entries

We keep your waitlist entry while the JobQuote waitlist is being operated and for as long as it is needed to send you the updates you asked for. We review entries for removal when you ask to be taken off the list, or if the project ends and the waitlist is no longer used. We are not promising a fixed deletion date or an automatic deletion routine, because none is currently in place.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to certain uses, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent you have given. We do not know which of these rights apply to you individually, so we do not claim they all do — but you can make any of these requests by email and we will respond to it.

You may also be able to complain to a data protection or privacy authority in your country. If you are in Italy, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Other countries may have their own authorities.

Write to Mirko.moi.30@gmail.com for any request about your information.

Automated decisions and payments

We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. No software is being sold and no payment details are collected on this site at present.
