JobQuote is operated by Mirko Moi, an individual based in Italy. When you buy, you are contracting with Mirko Moi. Contact: Mirko.moi.30@gmail.com. By buying you confirm you are of legal age, or that you have authority to bind the business you buy for.

The JobQuote Contractor Profit Pack is a digital download consisting of a 22-page fillable PDF pack and an automatic Excel (.xlsx) job profit calculator with a multi-job tracker. It is not software-as-a-service and has no account or login. Files are delivered by download link after payment is confirmed.

JobQuote Software is a separate web app that requires an account. The free plan allows up to 3 quotes in total. Software Pro costs $69 plus any applicable tax and gives access for 12 calendar months from purchase. It is a one-time payment for that period: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal or charge. You may renew manually; an early renewal adds 12 months after your current end date, and a renewal after expiry starts on the renewal date. When the period ends, your account and data remain available to read and export, but features beyond the free plan pause until you renew. Software Pro does not include the Profit Pack files, and the Profit Pack does not include software access. Earlier lifetime-access purchases, if any, are honoured as originally sold. A refund or chargeback of a Software Pro order ends the access it granted.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The Profit Pack price is $29.99 as a one-time payment; Software Pro is $69 for 12 months as a one-time payment, plus any tax that applies in your location. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are available within 30 days — see our Refund Policy.

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business, on as many of your own jobs as you like. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files, or remove their branding. Mirko Moi keeps all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the files, this website and the JobQuote name and branding.

• Don't use the site or product unlawfully, fraudulently or to send spam.
• Don't infringe intellectual-property rights, including by redistributing the files.
• Don't interfere with the site's security — no malware, probing, scraping or attempts to gain unauthorised access.

We may suspend or end access (including download links) for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

JobQuote is an estimating and organizational tool. Its results depend entirely on the numbers you enter; it is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any profit. You remain responsible for your pricing and for the tax and accounting requirements of your business.

The website and files are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

The calculator on the website is a free browser-only preview; nothing you enter is saved. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
